Our extensive range of transformers has expanded even further. We are pleased to present the TSD series – resin-encapsulated toroidal transformers with mounting brackets for direct mounting on a TH35 DIN rail.

 

TSD series - new in the Toroidy offer

The TSD series are ultra-efficient, modern toroidal transformers, manufactured with Class II insulation and IP-30 protection, in accordance with EN 61558-2-4 and EN 61558-2-6.

These single-phase transformers are designed for continuous operation in low-voltage industrial power and lighting systems. Thanks to their clever design, they can be easily mounted on a TH35 DIN rail using easy-to-use mounting brackets.

The resin-encased construction provides protection from external conditions and ensures years of trouble-free operation.

The use of a toroidal core ensures maximum efficiency, a small stray field, and a compact size. Transformers can be manufactured to customer specifications (any primary voltage (PRI) and secondary voltage (SEC)) and equipped with internal magnetic shielding and an inter-winding static shield, as well as thermal or fuse protection.

Modifications are available for both electrical parameters, such as rated power, primary and secondary voltages, and transformer equipment, which may include magnetic and electrostatic shielding, as well as several types of additional safety elements, including overcurrent and thermal protection.
